Exhibitor agrees that it understands its commitments, and by its signature below, agrees to participate in The Event. The Exhibitor agrees it has read and will abide by the official Terms and Conditions governing exhibits at the Event.

Exhibitor assumes all responsibility for any and all applicable sales tax as well as income/workers comp/ social security or any other related County, State or Federal taxes in effect as a result of their operations at this event.

Exhibitor will provide and maintain, at its expense, if requested, insurance as may be set forth below, and provide a Certificate of Insurance evidencing same, naming the Long Island Technology Festival, Live Media Entertainment, Eisenhower Park, Nassau County (NY), and its agents and affiliates as additional insured. Insurance may include, but not be limited to, Comprehensive General Liability endorsed to Premises/Operations, Contractual Broad Forms, Property Damage and Personal Injury with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. If written with an annual aggregate limit, the policy limit should be three times the occurrence limit.

Exhibitor assumes all responsibility for its products, materials and/or services and the actions by any of its employees or agents occurring immediately before, during, or after The Event. Exhibitor agrees that it may not vend product with the logo of the Event. No weapons are permitted at the Event. No Exhibitors may sell food or beverage of any kind.

Exhibitor agrees to indemnity, defend, save and hold harmless the Long Island Technology Festival, Live Media Entertainment, Eisenhower Park, Nassau County (NY), and its agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims for damage of any nature whatsoever including, but not limited to, death, personal injury, theft, missing items, or property damage arising from or connected to, directly or indirectly, its operations, equipment, products, services, as may occur immediately before, during, or after The Event.
