Saturday Afternoon Kids' Special
CONSTANT WONDER
An extra special feature for young children (3 to 8) on Saturday afternoon at 2PM. This musical duo - both moms - have played to great acclaim at the Long Island Children's Museum and the Westbury Music Fair. Their first CD - Walk with Wonder - is to be released shortly. As for the name Constant Wonder - that comes from Connie's real name of Constance, and Alice's famous journeys into Wonderland. If you've got young children, don't miss this show - Saturday at 2PM. www.constantwonder.com |

THE WILD MAGNOLIAS
These guys are a perennial Mardi Gras favorite, and you'll find out why. They authored the anthem Handa Wanda. They've played Central Park and they've played Carnegie Hall and now - for the first time - they come to Long Island with their infectious mix of tribal jazz and New Orleans funk. The legendary Big Chief Bo Dollis leads the group, and their elaborate colorful costumes make them an ideal band for all ages. They will be playing on Saturday at 4:30PM, and playing an encore Sunday afternoon at 12:30.

THE MYSTIC
One of Long Island's most acclaimed bands, in high demand for elaborate weddings, corporate gigs, and tri-state clubs. They've got 5 lead vocalists who cover a range of styles from Frank Sinatra to Led Zeppelin. Very entertaining, lively, and versatile. They'll be playing Saturday evening beginning at about 8:45 and again on Sunday at about 2:15.

Friday from 8 to 8:45, Saturday from 6:30 to 7pm, Sunday from 5:45 to 7pm.

Sat 1:30 to 2:30 or

4DSEA
These guys will close the Opening Night- they are a tight band and they personify the global lure of Long Island. Now kindred spirits, they originally assembled from across oceans and plains; the lead vocalist from France, the keyboard player from Japan, the bassist from California, and lead guitarist from Ohio. They play world music with an alternative rock flavor. Friday Night at 9PM til closing. www.4DSea.com |
